2. Not a Consumer Mortgage Lender
GrowWise Lending originates business-purpose loans secured by real estate. Our loans are NOT intended for owner-occupied residential properties. Borrowers must certify that the purpose of the loan is for business or investment purposes, not personal, family, or household use. 3. Rate and Term Disclosures
Interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, loan amounts, and terms shown on this website are illustrative only and are subject to change without notice.
